Terms of Service — Baccarat 88

Before anything else: Baccarat 88 is a free social casino game. It is played with play chips that have no cash value. Chips cannot be cashed out, exchanged, redeemed, or transferred, and no real money can be won. Purchases buy play chips and cosmetic items only. This is simulated gambling for entertainment, not gambling.

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator named below. By installing or playing Baccarat 88 you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Who you are agreeing with

2. Who may play

You must be 18 or over. The app depicts simulated gambling and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly allow under-18s to play or to purchase. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and delete its data.

You are responsible for making sure this app is lawful where you live. Simulated-gambling apps are restricted or prohibited in some countries. If it is not permitted where you are, do not use it.

3. Play chips are not money

This is the most important term in this document, so it is stated plainly:

Chips are a licence to use a feature of a game, not property, not currency, and not a deposit.
Chips have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or anything of value outside the game,

and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts.

Winning chips at a table is a game outcome, not a prize. Nothing you do in this app can win

you money.

We may adjust chip balances to correct errors, reverse fraudulent or duplicated credits, or fix a

fault. We will not take chips you legitimately bought or won.

Buying chips does not increase your chance of winning a hand. Outcomes are dealt from a shuffled

shoe under standard punto banco rules.

4. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your card details.
Consumable purchases (chips, the starter offer, the piggy bank, the monthly card) are

delivered to your balance as soon as Google confirms payment, and are used up as you play.

Durable purchases (card games, the bundle, VIP, Remove Ads, cosmetics) stay on your account

for as long as the app and your account exist.

Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. Ask Google first. We will consider a

direct request where a purchase failed to deliver, was charged twice, or was clearly made in error, and we will honour any refund Google grants.

A refunded purchase has its chips or entitlement removed. If the chips have already been spent,

the balance may go to zero.

Prices are set per country by Google and shown in your local currency before you confirm. Prices

and promotions can change; a promotion ending is not a price rise.

5. Your account

You may play as a guest without signing in. A guest account lives on your device and can be

lost if the app is removed.

Signing in with Google Play Games links your progress to your Play account so it survives a

reinstall or a new phone.

You may delete your account and its data from within the app at any time. Deletion removes

your profile, balance, entitlements and any scanned face data. It cannot be undone, and purchases are not restored or refunded by deleting.

Keep your Play account secure. Anything done through a signed-in session is treated as done by

you.

6. Fair play

Do not: use modified clients, automation or bots; exploit a bug rather than report it; interfere with the servers; attempt to obtain chips or entitlements you did not pay for or win; harass other players; or use the chat, name or profile fields for abuse, hate speech or advertising.

We may warn, suspend or close an account that does this, and remove chips or entitlements gained that way. For a serious or repeated breach we may do so without notice.

7. Other players and user content

Names, avatars, scanned faces, chat messages and emotes are chosen by players, not by us. We moderate what we reasonably can but do not pre-screen. Report anything that breaks section 6.

You keep ownership of a face you scan. You give us permission to show it to other players at your table while you are playing, and only for that. Deleting your account deletes it.

8. Availability

The game is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, tables, games or the whole service. If we discontinue the service permanently we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Advertising

The app shows adverts, including rewarded video you may choose to watch for chips. Adverts are served by Google AdMob. What AdMob collects and how to limit personalised ads is covered in the Privacy Policy. Buying Remove Ads removes interstitial and banner adverts; rewarded video stays, because it is optional and pays you chips.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Material changes will be signposted in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove any consumer protection you have where you live — in particular, nothing here overrides rights you hold under the South African Consumer Protection Act or under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
