This policy describes exactly what Baccarat 88 (com.zaxx.baccarat88) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written from the code, not from a template — every item below corresponds to something the app actually does.
Before anything else: Baccarat 88 is a free social casino game. It uses play chips with no cash value. Chips cannot be cashed out, exchanged, redeemed, or transferred, and no real money can be won. Optional purchases buy play chips, game packs, cosmetics or passes, all with no cash-out value. This is simulated gambling for entertainment.

Signing in is optional. The game is fully playable without it. If you do sign in, we receive from Google:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Play Games player ID | Your account key. Your chips, level and rank are stored against it. |
| Display name | Offered to you as a suggested name. You can change it. |
| Profile image URL | Shown as your avatar until you build one. |
| Friends list (separate consent) | Only to show which of your Play Games friends also play. Requested only when you open the Friends tab, and Google asks you separately. |
We never receive your Google password, email address, or any other account detail.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| A guest ID generated on your device | So your chips survive closing the app when you are not signed in. Not derived from any device identifier. |
| Chosen name and avatar | Shown to the other players at your table. |
| Chip balance, XP, level, rank, hands played, amount wagered | This is your progress. It is held on our server. Google Play Games sign-in links it to your account; guest access depends on the ID stored on your device, which can be lost when you reinstall or clear app data. |
| Table activity — bets placed, results, chat messages | To run the game. Chat is visible to the other players at your table. |
The app uses Google AdMob for banners and optional rewarded videos. Its SDK may collect and share with Google IP addresses (which can estimate your approximate location), device and account identifiers such as the advertising ID and app-set ID, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, and diagnostics such as launch time, hangs and energy use. Google uses these signals for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The app does not request GPS location.
including the EEA, UK and Switzerland, it presents a consent form. Your choices determine which ads Google may serve; refusing personalisation does not necessarily turn off all ads. If the consent check fails, ads stay off and the game remains playable.
current banner and rechecks consent when you change those choices.
In-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card details. We receive only a purchase token, which our server hands to Google to confirm the purchase was real, and a record that a given product was credited to your account.
You can build your avatar's head from your own face. Nothing uses the camera unless you open the head scanner or the lips scanner and allow camera access when Android asks; you can also pick one photo from your gallery instead.

We do not use your face to identify you or to recognise you, and we do not create a face template for identification.
Nothing uses the microphone until you join a table's voice room and allow microphone access.

worked out on each phone from the live sound; no recording is made.
The game does not request your phone number, device address book, GPS location, health data or browsing history. Play Games friends are a separate optional feature (2.1). AdMob can estimate approximate location from an IP address and process identifiers (2.3). Raw camera frames are not uploaded; your finished scanned avatar is shared only while worn (2.5). Voice is not recorded. If you contact support by email, we receive your email address and the message you send.
The app asks Android for INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (to play online) and, only when you use those features, CAMERA (head and lips scanner) and RECORD_AUDIO with MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS (voice chat). It works fully with camera and microphone access refused. Google's advertising SDK also adds the advertising-ID permission (see 2.3).
cannot connect directly, and keeps nothing.
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by the services described above and shared with other players as described below.
Other players at your table can see: your chosen name, your avatar (including your scanned head if you wear one), your rank badge, your chip stack and your bets, plus anything you type in chat — and they can hear you if you join the table's voice room. They cannot see your account ID, your total balance, your email, or anything about your device. Players are identified to each other by a short public handle, never by an account ID.

never written to disk. On your phone, until you delete it or delete your account.
In the app: Settings → Delete my account and data. This removes your progress, chips, name, avatar, rank, friends and any pending requests from our server, and wipes everything stored on the device. It cannot be undone, and purchased chips and VIP are not refunded or restored.
By email: write to zaxx.im@gmail.com with your public handle (Settings → your profile). We will confirm within 30 days.
Deleting your account here does not affect your Google account, your Play Games profile, or your Google purchase history.
Baccarat 88 depicts simulated gambling and is not directed to children. It is rated for adults and is not distributed through Google Play's family programmes. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, to object to processing, or to complain to a data-protection regulator. Contact zaxx.im@gmail.com. We do not charge for these requests and will answer within 30 days.
Our lawful bases under UK/EU GDPR: contract (running the game and your account), consent (personalised advertising, Play Games friends), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, and verifying purchases and rewards).
Traffic between the app and our server uses TLS. Purchases are verified server-side with Google before chips are credited, and rewarded-video payouts are only credited from Google's own signed callback — never on the app's say-so. Your balance is held and changed only on the server, so it cannot be altered by modifying the app.
If this policy changes materially, the app will show a notice before you next play. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
